Our Management System aims to ensure consistent standards in the delivery of projects where individuals have, and accept, clearly defined responsibilities for the quality of their work.

Fieldmarine Engineering Services Limited personnel assigned to work with clients shall meet the standards of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection imposed by local legislation and client's provisions.

Fieldmarine Engineering Services Limited is committed to meeting the requirements of our clients by delivering consistently high standards of service, which will form the basis of our business success. This statement is a declaration of the Company's intention to ensure that, by continuously improving our clients' satisfaction, we aim to achieve lasting business relationships.

Management Reviews will ensure that this policy continues to suitably satisfy the requirements of FIELDMARINE, clients and legislation. Processes will be monitored through measurement against objectives set out in a Continuous Improvement Plan, initiated and subsequently revised in the Management Reviews.

Fieldmarine Engineering Services Limited will:
  • Operate procedures specifically on the principles of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Communicate with our clients to ensure that their requirements are met and, where possible, exceeded.
  • Ensure that objectives are set involving analysis of previous performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish a working environment where continual improvement is an essential element of managing the processes.
  • Provide training and advancement opportunities for staff in line with Company objectives.
  • Ensure that the supply chain, including consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, is aware of the relevant requirements of the Management System
